Given the rapid evolution of Google Discover, we cannot predict with certainty where our business will stand even in the next two months. Consequently, we choose not to offer yearly plans. The unpredictability of Google Discover's trajectory means our analytics product may undergo changes. We might introduce new features, remove some, or modify the range of countries we cover. To ensure transparency and avoid setting false expectations, we've opted to bill on a monthly basis. If changes occur, our pricing plans may adjust accordingly—either increasing or decreasing—and we'll keep our customers informed. This way, you pay for exactly what you receive, recognizing that the future is uncertain.

Any period started is owed in full and cannot be refunded. We make exceptional refunds if no data consultation has been done from the dashboard; for this, please contact our customer support.

We primarily bill through Stripe. All of Stripe's payment methods available in your country are therefore accepted by DiscoverSnoop. Upon request, we can accept wire transfers, but your access will only be activated once your wire transfer has been received. IF you want to pay via wire transfer please contact our support.

Unfortunately, we don't offer scheduled guided demos. Our prices are considerably lower than those of other market intelligence products, many of which do not even cover Google Discover. We maintain these low prices by minimizing HR overhead. Offering guided product demos would divert our time from our paying subscribers to prospects who rarely convert. Therefore, we have consciously decided to focus on our paying customers. 🙂 We may offer unlimited access demos to qualified prospects. If you believe you qualify, please contact us.

Our free plan is, well, free and will remain that way. There's no time limit on our free plans, but there are limits concerning the number of items in reports and the search filter. Some advanced features, like API calls and alerts, are not available in the free plan.
