Dear DiscoverSnoop Users,
Back-to-school season is here, and we’ve got a whole bunch of improvements to share! We’ve been hard at work making DiscoverSnoop even better at helping you spot trending topics around the world, dig deeper into audience data, and, of course, boost your Google Discover performance.
Here’s what’s new.
It’s finally here! You can now search for articles using any combination of keywords, entities, publishers, and categories. We’ve put a lot of work into making this feature as simple and intuitive as possible. In both the Live Pages and Historical Pages sections, you’ll now find a small but mighty “Add filter” button.

Click it, and you can build powerful, highly targeted searches in just a few seconds. For example, you can combine multiple keywords to find articles containing any of them or all of them, depending on what you’re looking for.

And here’s the best part: once you’ve built your perfect search, you can save it and come back to it anytime. No need to enter all those criteria again! Simply click the “Save report” star right below your search criteria, give your report a name, and you’re all set.
Pro Tip: If you subscribe to multiple categories, here’s a handy trick:
Boom! You’ve got a worldwide feed of trending articles across every category you follow. Save that report, and you’ll have your own personalized global trend dashboard ready to go every morning.
Finding Google Discover trends around the world is a whole lot easier when you can actually understand what you’re reading. DiscoverSnoop now covers more than 50 countries, and let’s face it: not everyone speaks Japanese or Kazakh! We’ve offered English translations for quite some time, but we’re taking things a step further.
You can now translate content into five additional languages:
You can enable automatic translations by following the instructions in our FAQ.
Our goal is simple: help you work smarter, move faster, and uncover fresh content opportunities from around the world, every single day. Great content ideas shouldn’t get lost in translation.
DiscoverSnoop now lets you analyze publisher performance at the subdomain level. Why does that matter? In some countries, publishers organize their websites around multiple subdomains. In others, they use a strategy known as blog aggregation, bringing external blogs and media outlets together under a single brand. Until now, getting a clear picture of how these individual properties performed could be tricky. Not anymore.
We’ve added subdomain-level analysis to both the Live Domains and Historical Domains sections.

Here’s what you can do:
This gives you a much clearer view of what’s driving traffic within a publisher’s network, helping you spot opportunities and better understand the competition.
Important note: We’ve reprocessed all subdomain statistics going back to January 1, 2026. If you generate a Historical Domains report for a period before that date, subdomains won’t appear in the results.
We’re excited to announce that DiscoverSnoop is expanding into four new countries!
Please welcome:
Publishers in these markets can now take advantage of DiscoverSnoop’s insights to better understand their local Google Discover landscape. And if you’re based somewhere else? These new markets are a gold mine of fresh trends and content ideas you can bring back home. After all, the next big story in your market might already be taking off halfway around the world.
Pro Tip: Want a head start in your own country? If DiscoverSnoop doesn’t cover your country yet, we may be able to open it exclusively for you for a limited time. That means you’ll get access to local Google Discover insights before the rest of your market, giving you a valuable head start on the competition. So far, three publishers worldwide have partnered with DiscoverSnoop to gain exclusive access to their home country’s data ahead of its public launch. Interested? Get in touch, and let’s talk!
